The farmhouse in umbria Sant'Illuminato is a typical Umbrian farmhouse, which is surrounded in Città di Castello, in the green of nature. Located in the low hill overlooking the Tiber Valley, near the border between Umbria and Tuscany, Sant'Illuminato is completely fenced expanse of about 18 hectares. The rolling fields are interspersed with crisp, sunflowers and tobacco.

To create independent apartments, the structure has been completely restored, with typically furnished and equipped with all modern comforts. A great attention has been taken to preserve the original architecture of the umbrian farmhouse, terracotta tiles, wooden beams, and stone fire-places are close to 300 years old in some of the apartments.

The Farmhouse has composed by five fully independent apartments, differents in lay-out, size, sleeping capacity, and kitchen furnished. In a separate complex nearby, perfect for a single couple, there’s also a cozy one-room apartment. In keeping with old traditions, each room has its own charme and color.

In our umbrian farmhouse, all guests can enjoy the relax that nature can donate, far from chaotic and confusing cities. The green Umbria, is the best italian region to spend some days of holidays, and Sant' Illuminato Farmhouse can give to their clients any kind of comfort.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS:

In June, July and August the minimum stay is 1 week from Saturday to Saturday; 3 nights, during the celebrations. For stays of less than a week, will be apply the person day rate. For longer stays, will be apply the weekly rate. However, children 3 yo and under are our guests, while Children aged 3-6 years get 30% discount. 10% discount available for associations and businesses. Rental rates of the farmhouse include water, gas and electricity, bed linen and towels, extra beds for children, final cleaning costs, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, swimming pool fully equipped to swim against the whirlpool and tide. Outdoor Cooking in Sant' Illuminato umbrian farmhouse is one of the best ways to enjoy the specialties of Umbria table: tasty, fresh vegetables from the garden of a local market, fresh bread and delicious wine. Old bread oven near the company can also be used to prepare delicious pizzas.
